Common questions

Which euchre rules does the app use?

Four-player partnership euchre with a 24-card deck, first team to 10 points. Two rounds of bidding, then stick the dealer: if everyone passes twice, the dealer must name trump. Makers may go alone. The in-app rules page has the details.

How does the rating work?

Each finished game is reviewed by the expert bot, which measures how much each of your decisions cost or gained in chance of winning. After ten games your report card shows your band. The in-app Help page explains the scale.

Can I make the bots easier or harder?

Yes. In Settings, under Your table, set each bot's bidding style and skill.

Are my games backed up?

Your games and ratings are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them, and they do not move to a new phone.

How do I restore a purchase?

Purchases are handled by Apple and tied to your Apple Account. Use Restore Purchases in the app's menu while signed in with the same Apple Account. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
